Yeah, turns out when you don't want to do anything, but you still have to eat to not die, processed food is often the only thing that comes to mind. You don't have to shop as often, and most of it can be safely eaten without even heating it up.
Depression sucks, and there are alot of "causes" for it. I don't expect this will actually pan out to be one of them. But it's always best to check anyway.
