People who want to track their health. Not sure if you are aware but it's a billion dollar industry.
An operating system. An app? Fair enough. An OS? Are you out of your mind?
You need to rephrase your question then. This is an API which is used by a running process/app. I figured you were just using language casually but now I honestly don't know what you're talking about.
Is that the actual android.com, not with an alpha instead of an a or something?
It’s probably part of some patient info exchange standard. I’m not particularly surprised.
