Because I thought it was catchy I looked into it. The song is Я РУССКИЙ (I am Russian) by Shaman, who is a solid Putin supporter and seems to be very pro war.

I think this is the equivalent of an enemy of the US posting a video of US soldiers getting killed with "proud to be an American" playing over it.

That's my take anyway, someone from Ukraine could probably give a much better idea of the context.
