I looked into this on GitHub and this will be fixed when the switch away from WebSockets will be completed (soon^tm^)

I've had an issue where I was in a post and it "live refreshed," changing the post entirely. Title, content, author, everything. Only thing that didn't change was the comments on the post. It went back to normal after a refresh.

I think the main lemmy.ml instance is glitching out due to the insane new influx of users. I'm sure it will sort itself out as more people split off to other servers, and as Lemmy itself improves. Lots of attention is on their GitHub now which is fantastic.

I'm a little bit sad that everyone goes to Lemmy.ml when we have a decentralized technology.... It's like everyone is missing the point of the tech.

Same, happened to me 2x this morning when I switched to another browser tab. I caught one before posting my comment, but the other comment got posted to the unrelated thread that had suddenly appeared.

Yes, I've noticed that too. But it doesn't bother me too much.

Oh just saw it again. When seeing your post it had 1 upvote (cause it's only like 8 mins old) and when I clicked it to comment, it had 122 upvotes :D.
