Cool, I'm a chef, proficient in excel/etc. basic computer maintenance as much as I need to continue my work, keep records, and disseminate information...but much less now since the brigade I used to run (5 outlets, 6 sous chefs, 65 cooks) has now boiled down to just my wife and I running a small BBQ joint in Spain.

nice ^^ so how long have you been into computers?

Back in early 80s played games on commodore 64 (friends) & apple, 1988 I used to break into the work computer to play "star wars" on old crt screens, and found out how to edit recipes in the database (USAF hot dog recipe became tubesteak smothered in underwear). I always figured I needed to keep up on how to work with computers & use them because the kids coming up behind me would be so far advanced...but the reality was it didn't happen. I ended up being the chef/manager teaching other managers & young chefs how to use this tool to organize the operation. Fucking hell it was amazing.
