Probably fake but I don't care. "nothing" is the right thing to do. I'm not risking my neck for my own bike let alone some stranger's.

The fuck were they supposed to do? Put themselves in danger for a shitty company they aren't being paid by?
I don't even stop thieves in the place I work.
Not really their job.
Hopefully they at least called the cops.
If they were both hiding their faces I'd be more inclined to believe it was real, but one was not even trying to hide and looked straight into the camera.
