Hiya!! Another week in paradise!! Been at the flower show tonight where my dad got nothing for his jam, but did get 2 seconds and a third for his roses. He'll need to keep trying for the cup though!!

My pal has a plum tree and made some fantastic plum stuff! We've had plum jam, spicy plum chutney, spiced plum jam, plum muffins, plum sponge and plum breakfast bars!!
South Africa for us tomorrow. Tough stuff for our opener. Plum sponge sounds great
