What's with CS2's lag (self.cs)

I've tried virtually every combination of settings that I can think of and the only one that feels semi-ok is enabling vsync and accepting the increased latency.

Anyone else experiencing this? More importantly, does anybody know of a fix?

I'm assuming you're talking fps wise? Could you use something like hwinfo64 to see if it is your cpu or gpu being utilised at 100%. If it's gpu you can lower resolution but if it's cpu you're not going to find a magic fix.
