I haven't watched any of Candela Obscura episodes, so I probably won't be watching Chapter 2 either, at least not live. The cast is interesting though so I'm intrigued.

I've watched all of chapter one with Matt and company, very fun. Halfway through the first episode of chapter two, so I will wait to judge it too harshly. It is very different, but has lots of things I like.
Is it different enough to be able to jump into Chapter 2 without watching Chapter 1? I'm not sure if it's a continuous story or not.
Sorry, just seeing this. The stories seem entirely separate, but I would recommend the first season because Matt goes to great lengths to set the stage, helping the world to come alive. The second season goes into less detail (so far) with the world at large, with the assumption you will either already know those details, or be content not knowing. (Which is fine, it would be exhausting to explain everything a second time)
