We are currently following a modified version of r/TwoXChromosomes rules here.

Why THIS Community Name?

We chose this community name since it was already well established on Reddit. During the great Reddit migration of 2023 people were looking for the same or similar communities to what they had on Reddit, searching for names they already knew was the easiest way to get members. We have chosen to keep this name since it's well recognized. As stated above, ANY woman is welcome here.

When I was 12 my cousin and I accidentally put my uncle's wife's (second marriage) breast milk into our coffee. It was the best coffee I have ever had in my life. Everytime I see a woman breastfeeding in neither offended nor aroused. I just remember how much I enjoyed that cup of coffee.

PS: Yes, we drank coffee as children. I use to even get a little coffee in my sippy cup as a toddler.

This crosses me as a story you aren't willing to share with anyone but internet strangers. Your contribution to human knowledge will not be forgotten.

Oh, that story is common knowledge amongst people that know my cousin and I and it's shared even by my uncle's now ex wife (dating each other again in their geriatric years). She used to joke that she breast fed half the kids at my cousin's birthday party.

What an interesting life you must live if these are the kinds of common conversations you have with family.

Not really, just a very loud, lively and fairly vocal group of friends and family. Have you ever watched My Big Fat Greek Wedding? It's that kind of family. Loud and constant over sharing.

This is a really nice update to the classic 'New Yorker style' cartoon, which I normally cannot stand.

I didn’t. Care to explain?

That's because you're normal, if I was in the thread I would have assumed he meant me. Mostly because I'm an asshole.

Maybe I was just lucky but I breastfed two children and nobody ever said anything to me. I did it in public and never used a cover. If I got any dirty looks, I didn't notice.
