so if we ever need to, the trick is to claim to be a trustee at a county jail, gotcha.
This. There's no way a recently escaped convict would keep any semblance of prison identity on their person in a public area. Man is just gassing up the shared prison vehicle because he's proven to be trusted, and likely has an outside job. Just has to keep the jumpsuit on to remain identifiable to others.
Then again....Lake County has some characters...
