My summary of the neat graphic that they do at the bottom of the article:

3 teams (Lions, Argonauts, and Blue Bombers) have jockeyed for the top 3 spots so far. The last month or so it's been the Argonauts and Blue Bombers fighting for the top 2, as the Lions have cooled off a bit
The Allouettes have surged from last place at the start of the season to comfortably occupying 4th for the last month
The Redblacks were ranked low at the start of the year, came on strong in July, but have fallen towards the back of the pack. Can they Crumback?
The Roughriders and Stampeders have been hovering around the 4th and 7th spots most of the year
After holding onto the last spot for most of the season, the Elks have ascended up to the 6th spot
The Tiger-Cats had a decent start but have more or less been in the 8th spot for 2 months
