Hi. Where do I go to seek offers for 0% introductory from credit cards? Is this the correct place to ask?

Doctor Of Credit is a great place to start. https://www.doctorofcredit.com/list-of-0-apr-credit-card-offers/ You'll find lots of advice there and helpful user comments.

A simple Google search will also yield tons of lists on various sites which may be more up to date.

Most of this community is going to be focused on credit cards with high rewards which often have high interest rates. (Aka my 28% APR). :(
