Nice to see specific communities to pop up^^ keep it up. I would love to own and use a cargo bike because we're living near Downtown in an bigger German city. The grocery stores are in perfect bike range and the city is pretty flat but sadly there is no space to store the bike and even if we had space inside the quad (I hope it's the correct word for "innenhof") I'll had to battle a bunch of stairs up and down each time.

Hi! I park my babboe in my front garden with some thing like this. It’s not difficult to put on and in the NL a lot of people park it like that on the streets.

Maybe consider a trailer. My first cargo solution was an old folding kid trailer. Lasted 1000’s of miles.

They are light, filled up pretty small, quick to attach, can carry loads very well
