What's up with Gabriel not playing lately? Is he set to leave or something? Feels like out of the blue to me

From what I gather, Partey's inversion will result in a back 3 of White, Saliba, and Kiwior. White and Saliba are favored over Gabriel. I don't like it, but I will accept it as long as the results are good.

Trossard starting, nice! Don't want to jinx it but I've got a good feeling about today

He always impresses, so I'm excited to see what he adds to the attack

We're seriously going to continue this Partey experiment huh?

Good to see Leo start, coyg โค๏ธ

Why's Nketiah on the bench now lol

Arteta is taking this "unpredictability factor" thing too seriously

[โ€“] MHPengwingz 4 points 1 year ago (1 children)

But the fact that our squad allows for this now really says something, plus we really need or players not to burn out later on especially with Europe

There is a difference between having the luxury to rotate at every position versus having players capable of playing multiple positions. The latter allows you to have a factor of unpredictability but it will eventually falter. A prime example is Manchester City vs Chelsea where there wasn't a natural holding midfielder for City.
