Is there anyone here that can make a banner for this Etsy Sellers community? Please? (self.etsysellers)

As part of the configuration for this Etsy Sellers community there is a way to add a banner to the top of the page. I just don't have the time or the skills to do a decent job.

So, we are up to 10 members now,, and if anyone here has the ability to create a nice banner for our community I would really appreciate it.

We could probably use a better Icon too, if anyone volunteers. Thanks for your consideration to this task.
