I didn’t see this question anywhere else here, so I apologize if I missed it. Is there any way to play dos on iPhone? I have a feeling there is for android and would love to know that too but I primarily use an iPhone. Fingers crossed. Thank you!

There's a port of DOSBox for Android (Magic DOSBox), and there also used to be one for iOS called iDOS, but it looks like it's been taken off the App Store, because Apple doesn't like fun things.

Apparently there's a way to sideload it by becoming a Patreon donator and getting the dev to add your device to the test group or something, but I haven't looked into how it works.

Thanks so much for the fast reply. Absolutely right about Apple not liking fun. I’ll have to check out the android ones. Thank you!

Apparently iDOS - the ios port of Dosbox - is back in the iOS app store after Apple amended it's policy to allow PC emulation software.

Apparently iDOS 3 was released in August 2024 and should still be available unless Apple had another rethink!

Edit: it's still in the store but it might be a different dev who has uploaded it. It's just a port of open source software but it's being sold for $3 - such is the way with a closed ecosystem like iOS I guess?
