Where are you based? A lot of this is turned off in the EU and I can imagine that this notification also applies only to certain regions. Never got this specific one myself either.

How can you be able to run Linux without getting able to disable ads on Windows 11? Maybe OP should have a Mac instead.
If I recall, this tool helped reduced the ads you see in Windows. However Linux is the way to go.
