This design has 2 extendable docking ports:

One to allow easy docking for the landing craft and for refueling.

And another for SSTO docking for crew access.

Once all the fuel was drained and the lander not attached it was under 100t, so not really that bad!

Certainly a lot easier than my Moho single launch was!
