One is an instance that is federated with Lemmy. The latter is a podcast (and former subreddit) associated with Sander's popularity. There's overlap between these two groups.

Hexbear is an instance thats filled with tankies. The kind of tankies who deny the Uyghur genocide. They also spam poopy pig balls everytime someone disagrees with them.
