Anyone else disappointed that these spells don't use the phrasing "if this spell was bargained for"? It reads weirdly to me, as is.

Obligatory "4mv blue instant with Set Mechanic that looks at the top N cards of your library and puts 2 into your hand"
I do love to see it, though.
This isn't as good as [[Memory Deluge]] imo but I think it could be decent. Perhaps it should have cost 1UU instead.
My Locust God deck will be watching the Bargain mechanic with great interest. This one ain't it (since it doesn't "draw" the cards) but I'm hopeful
