IBM/RedHat obviously missing from the member list.

EDIT: CiQ is also a member of resf.

Suse is dirty from that sellout deal with Microsoft; Oracle is, well, Oracle - they're more interested in suing everyone out of existence than building something; CiQ - I've never heard of them before, but they seem to be offering paid support for RockyLinux. Honestly, this band does not look great.

Indeed. But the OpenELA itself is a non-profit company. WIll that hel anything..? Maybe not.

Also a little further digging brought me to resf where CiQ is also a member of (edited on the main post too). I don't know what to make of this. I think I'll just sit down and see what happens.

Honestly IBM was a respectable name in the 90s and early 2000s but past then just no. So much greed turned them evil and stupid. The further past then they went the worse they got and they're simply a joke. Nobody I know uses them. Not personally or professionally. Not a soul. And yes they still use Linux in both environments.
