Information should be easily accessible without unnecessary navigation. Guides can include flowcharts, step-by-step instructions, or visual references that compare different elements side by side.

2. Infographic Guidelines Infographics are permitted if they are educational and informative. They should aim to convey complex information visually and clearly. However, infographics that primarily serve as visual essays without structured guidance will be subject to removal.

3. Grey Area Moderators may use discretion when deciding to remove posts. If in doubt, message us or use downvotes for content you find inappropriate.

4. Source Attribution If you know the original source of a guide, share it in the comments to credit the creators.

They really should have titled this The History of Western Philosophy, because it reinforces the mistaken belief that the Greeks started invented systematic philosophical thought.

In fact, Indian philosophers were debating monism vs dualism, the existences of the soul and of God, and even suggested the idea that matter was composed of fundamental building blocks (atoms) at round the same time as the Greeks, or even earlier, and their philosophical tradition had started over a thousand years before that.

Here's a timeline of Eastern philosophy

Most recent contribution to Eastern Philosophy recorded there is 1100 CE.

I wonder why people would consider Western philosophy to be more impactful and relevant to modern life.

The most recent contribution recorded on this infographic is the 1800s, which is the advent of Neo-Vedanta, the philosophy I (a Westerner) happen to ascribe to personally.
