It's an aerial video, and part of the process that I hadn't seen before.

Ya, love racking up expensive pilot hours. How many hours of weather/wind/fueling delay before they get double time? Just curious, since they are indispensible. Picking up pilots and closing local roads gotta be the #1 and #2 expenses on launch day itself, right?

I'd wager the fleet of staff working GSE and control would cost a ton.

Also fuel and range costs.

Pretty sure the pilots in the video are specific to park the barge in the marina and not on board for most of the journey.
