I'll watch this because it has been directed by Neill Blomkamp but my hopes aren't very high. The trailers make it look so generic.

GT7 destroyed all my trust and respect in the series with the microtransaction and can't-even-fucking-look-at-your-cars-offline garbage. Fuck a GT movie.
Really enjoyed the movie, but Orlando Bloom was the absolute worst part, he really phoned it in. First act has lots of really cheesy "gamer" visuals but they take a backseat once we get into the actual action. David Harbour as always gives it his all and brings a lot of emotional depth to the movie. Bloom should learn from him.
The amount this is being shoved down my throat in theatre trailers and elsewhere tells me they are worried that many people simply don't give a shit about it.
I had to work far too hard to read that past ads and popup ads and crawler ads and full-screen interrupter ads. Holy cow!
