Any time I click on my notifications, I get directed to an Error 50x page that says:
We are working on resolving the issues
Over the next few days, there will be a change in server infrastructure. Temporary problems with the website's functionality may occur during this time.
It's been over a week and still nothing...also haven't seen any posts about notifications being down, so is it just me?

Mine is slightly fixed.
The offending comment went to page 2 and I can now access page 1, page 2 still brings up the error.
Maybe if you get enough replies your broken comment will get pushed down as well.

I tried doing it the other way, going through every single thread that I've commented on (via my profile). Got it down to 2 notifications. I suspect that they're notifications of posts on deleted threads.
How many notifications did it take to push over to page 2?
