I'd say 8% is even too low. I'd need like 12% before I even consider allowing someone to tell me where to work. And on top of it, you'll have to pay me that much more and I would be way less productive as well.

Sometimes, yeah. I had several years in FL 2here I didn't get above 3.5% unless it was a title and position change
It’s not a perk. Don’t reinforce their framing.
We were in a meeting where 1/3 of the staff was in-office. One of the remote workers said, "Sorry I just woke up and jumped on the meeting." One of the in-office staff tried to flex and say "I've been up since 6am getting prepared!" And all the remote staff laughed at them as they shared how they didn't have to commute, get proper work clothes, deal with parking.
