Overview:

Electric Vehicles are a key part of our tomorrow and how we get there. If we can get all the fossil fuel vehicles off our roads, out of our seas and out of our skies, we'll have a much better environment. This community is where we discuss the various different vehicles and news stories regarding electric transportation.

TLDR:

The KGM Musso EV is Korea’s first electric pickup. It’s not from Hyundai or Kia.

The rest of the article is basically an ad for the vehicle, with info on specs and interior and such.

I would have guessed SsangYong.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KG_Mobility says that would have been essentially correct.

That bed looks really short.

At 5,160 mm long, 1,920 mm wide, and 1,740 mm tall, the Musso EV is about the size of a Ford Ranger (5,225 mm long, 1,910 mm wide, and 1,866 mm tall)

The article doesn't list a bed length itself, but that's not too bad. It tows 4,000lbs, but doesn't list what the bed can hold. I'm not a fan of all the knobs and buttons replaced by a screen, however.

It looks pretty similar in size to the Hyundai Santa Cruz. Which is similar to the Subaru Baja.

There's a market for these, but not from the current pickup truck owners.

I'm glad there's an alternative to the American pick ups but this one is not for me.

Sorry I think they've really missed the mark with the styling on this. It looks awful.

Great more giant beasts on the road.

Call me when the bed is 8 feet long.

Thats disingenuous, at best. Do you comment this on every article about the Cybertruck?

Double cab and long bed makes for an abominably long vehicle that is only practical for a work truck. Those are made for and marketed to professionals who require it for a commercial purpose.

The vehicle depicted is clearly aimed at consumers, not the niche of prosumer dudes who pretend to need it for their ~~rural lifestyle~~ ego.
