If there was ever any question as to who runs our country, it’s the rich. They pull the strings of the politicians. Get money out of politics! Money is NOT speech! Corporations are NOT people!

The statement made sounds more like "Hey, I have no problem paying for your campaign, but, like, I don't wanna be the only one. Also, can you try to sound just slightly less crazy in public? You're trying to trick people into liking you, remember?"

And not to actually change his policies.
