Sounds like it's just to ride on highways, so yeah makes total sense. Though I'm not sure how many Ebikes find themselves on a highway?

It sounds worse than it is. If you have a license already, then you’re good to go.
I don’t own a car anymore, I use an ebike as my main vehicle, but I still have a license.
Kinda makes sense. I’m open to discussion tho.
