General vagueness of quadrants aside, why wouldn't it be?
idk, i dont have a great way to say why it doesn't feel right.
Maybe more auth right what with its history of segregation?
Little Rock is generally associated more with the resolution of that via making racists scared again though, and making racists scared for the sake of the children of an oppressed demographic feels pretty libleft.
