While we understand it is subjective, if a moderator believes a song to stray too far from thrash, it will likely be locked. Please do not take this personally. Repeat offenders may see posts removed.
Please search before posting a song, do not repeat posts.
Friendly debate is encouraged.
When posting a song use the format of "Band - Song [FFO: band1, band2]". This just helps keep things uniform. The "FFO" (For Fans Of) section is optional. It is for lesser known bands. (Stole this idea from the Death Metal community).
No racist, sexist, blah blah blah... you get the idea. This is not the place to discuss sensitive matters.
No NSFW content (apart from songs/album covers. If they do include NSFW content, please mark the posts as such).
Post in English only (obviously you can post songs in different languages).

Sepultura - Refuse / Resist (lemmy.world)

The start of Sepultura's branch into groove, which some consider to be a downfall. Still made great music steeped in thrash in this album, though. Today's pick is more of my rebellious streak as of late. Also, here's a decent cover by Krisiun, a death metal band also from Brazil.
