Uh, question: how could a sensor on a wind turbine track submarines?
I'm not entirely sure but aren't wind turbines generally up in the air, and submarines deep under water?
Coastal wind turbines are pretty popular in Europe, so they would be up in the air looking out at the oceans. Probably could add some vibration/sonar scanner and pick-up anything nearby.
