if the 'savings' stay within the dod, it's gonna go to the diaper's pet projects.. and probably some new national police force.

We can call them the Super Squad. The SS will definitely help the president enforce order. Maybe not the law though.

It's not really surprising, he doesn't seem qualified or competent enough to manage a team that could perform efficiency analysis and implementation on something like the US Military Industrial Complex, let alone direct the whole thing. I mean he's been proven (twice) to not be qualified or competent enough to run a veteran support service. It must be terrifying being parachuted into something so far beyond your capabilities like this.
