Honestly I’m just wondering when it’ll get straight up taken over by the state itself. It’s un-fucking-believable the amount and quantity of shit they get away with and don’t have to pay for.

There is multiple communities and cities that are seriously thinking of starting their own companies. PGE doesnt just hit business and consumers, it hits city government as well. And when its getting 50c+ per kilowatt hour, solar panels supplementing power can save entities millions in power.
All great points; I was mostly basing my commentary on the fact that they light half the fucking state on fire every year because they can’t be bothered to fix any of their goddamn infrastructure, as it would cut into their profit margins.
Which is to say: the absolute, most generous offer PG&E should be afforded is being forced to become a non-profit entity, and that only if they can actually prove that they can actually fulfill the core purpose of being a public utility without lighting everything on fire.
https://findyourrep.legislature.ca.gov/ Call your state senator. They pick up the phone. Ask them to support.
Ill try but im pretty sure PGE has bought our reps quite a while ago. Id like to be wrong though.
I called. Took 2 mins. Any progress against those vampires would be helpful. Even if it's a half a step.
Hell yeah
Their needs to be roll backs not just limits. Our prices are insane. PG&E and it's investors need to take a massive hit to reset the balance of things.
