It's time you guys fire Trump. See how he likes it.

They're just going to let him disassemble the United States of America.

I guarantee that a Federal Judge will force the rehiring of the staff shortly. There's no way they can't juat fire everyone from this Department.

A federal judge is just going to be a slight speed bump if they want to push things hard enough.

Even if a federal judge rules against Trump he can appeal it all the way to the Supreme Court and we’ve already seen they’re willing to throw out both prior rulings (Roe v Wade) and just allow baseless shit (Student Loan rejection).

Then another point is going to be even if the Supreme Court feels they’re pushing their luck and strike something down at a certain point who’s going to enforce the courts ruling? Rulings don’t matter much if they can’t be enforced…

the way in understand it, the personnel is irrelevant- if the department can reliable fulfil the request without employees, that’s fine… if they can’t, doesn’t matter if they have employees or not… arguing that you can’t isn’t a defence

arguing that you can’t isn’t a defence

and then we see what happens and people proceed with the information available to them…
