A federal judge is just going to be a slight speed bump if they want to push things hard enough.

Even if a federal judge rules against Trump he can appeal it all the way to the Supreme Court and we’ve already seen they’re willing to throw out both prior rulings (Roe v Wade) and just allow baseless shit (Student Loan rejection).

Then another point is going to be even if the Supreme Court feels they’re pushing their luck and strike something down at a certain point who’s going to enforce the courts ruling? Rulings don’t matter much if they can’t be enforced…
