Probably on the podium if it is dry. Else it should still be enough for a top 5 result.
Im thinking if it remains dry as predicted, Perez should be able to get it into 3rd. He wont get past Alonso driving that newly updated Aston, but we'll see how my post ages lol
Not terribly well, unfortunately.
So it's
- Hulkenberg 3 places for speeding under red flag
- Sainz 3 places for impeding
- Tsunoda 3 places for impeding
- Stroll 3 places for impeding
Anyone else?
Jepp that should be it.
I'm still thinking that Sainz was really lucky, that there is only a 3 place drop for impeading independent of the exact situation.
Yeah, that Gasly onboard looked scary.
And I think they could have argued that was not the only incident Sainz was allowing in traffic
I think this is very much a best case result for Mercedes. The Red Bull and the Aston were clearly faster and even the Ferrari should have been on the same level.
On race pace Merc will probably be faster than AM
When was the last time there were so many penalties given (that weren't for over allocation/parc ferme breaking)?
I don't expect much from Sauber but it still hurts every round.
But Bottas is right behind Ferrari and Red Bull. What an achievement!!
