I think the lack of communication from Sony and Playstation is causing a lot of frustration. At least acknowledge they know about the global outage.
The PSN runs a model that costs £13.49 a month, £39.99 for three months or £119.99 for 12 months for its premium subscription. Many gamers have pointed to these costs when complaining to Sony.
Shit breaks, it happens. I can't find the average uptime of PS servers but for online services it's usually between 99% and 99.9%.
I agree that it sucks, but I dislike the entitled whining about compensation. Go be mad about important things.
When it is Saturday and you are 13 years old this is what truly matters.
£120 for 12 months means the price for every 1 hour is £0.014. I guess they could be generous and give and refund the entire day - a whopping £0.33 :p
Yeah I was thinking about that. Maybe with Saturdays, you might say they are 50% of the weekend (which may be the only time that matters), meaning £1.15 should be refunded lol
