A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.

Our Philosophies:

All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.

Our Goals

Higher wages for underpaid workers.
Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
Better and fewer working hours.
Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

But that would mean making a long term plan that extends beyond giving quarterly bonuses to corporate corsairs, and we can't have that, can we?

And could we pretty please with sugar on top stop regurgitating FUD about AI taking everybody's job? This is propaganda cooked up by spin doctors in PR labs and used for the purpose of wage suppresion.

They ghosted me after I walked in to their distribution to show them my right to work documents as their automated system didn't work...

They gave me a specific time slot of 11:00am. It was 12:00 noon before someone came to see me. They took my forms and I heard nothing. Even though they had initially given me a start date and everything.

I have decided even for the extra pay. I am not working for a company that doesn't respect my time even before I have started.

Never again...
