Looking at new weapons and their available perk combos to figure out what’s good and what’s trash. World Drops today
I am only going to list perks that I think are good on their own or combo well with another perk available on the gun.
Admetus-D - Void High Impact Scout:
Origin Trait: Hakke Breach Armaments
- First Column:
- Keep Away
- To The Pain
- Lone Wolf
- Rapid Hit
- Recycled Energy
- Repulsor Brace
- Second Column:
- Elemental Honing
- Frenzy
- Precision Instrument
- Closing Time
- Demoralize
- Withering Gaze
- Combos:
- PVE: Rapid Hit, Repulsor Brace, or Recycled Energy + Elemental Honing, Frenzy, Demoralize, or Withering Gaze
- PVP: Any First Column + Precision Instrument or Closing Time
- Thoughts:
- This one seems geared more towards PVP but IDK how scouts are doing there. My guess is not good.
- I also feel like there's more efficient weapons to use with Repulsor brace in PVE so IDK if this one is worth keeping
Qua Furor V - Stasis Aggressive MG:
Origin Trait: Wild Card
- First Column:
- Triple Tap
- Recycled Energy
- Feeding Frenzy
- Rimestealer
- Second Column:
- One for All
- Rampage
- Golden Tricorn
- Dragonfly
- Elemental Honing
- Combos:
- I think there's a lot of decent PVE picks here but I think Feeding Frenzy + One for All or Rimestealer + Dragonfly look good as ad clear.
- Thoughts:
- Another new Aggressive MG. I like this archetype and the. This one seems geared towards ad clear.
Boondoggle MK.55 - Kinetic Aggressive SMG:
Origin Trait: Tex Balanced Stock
- First Column:
- Pugilist
- Encore
- Closing Time
- Subsistence
- To The Pain
- Hip Fire Grip
- Second Column:
- Swashbuckler
- Killing Wind
- Adagio
- Tap the Trigger
- Harmony
- Offhand Strike
- Combos:
- PVE: Subsistence + Adagio for max killing power. Pugilist + Swashbuckler for melee fun.
- PVP: Several good combos. I'd probably want Encore + Killing Wind.
- Thoughts:
- Looks like an SMG built for PVP.
- Normally I wouldn't even consider Hip Fire Grip or Offhand strike but because this is a Tex weapon that combo might be fun?
Cruoris FR4- Arc Aggressive Fusion Rifle:
Origin Trait: Omolon Fluid Dynamics
- First Column:
- Threat Detector
- Discord
- Eddy Current
- Recycled Energy
- Second Column:
- Successful Warm Up
- Kickstart
- Barrel Constrictor
- Combos:
- For PVP I'd be interested to see how Eddy Current + Kickstart works. You also have the ever reliable Threat Detector.
- Thoughts:
- Another PEP-centric weapon here that looks kind of scary TBH. I'm reminded of the terror of Xur's Main Ingredient.
