The Republicans are probably quite excited to kill even more Americans than donvict's first term.

Making America "great" again.

Technically, you can make america great by just letting disease run unchecked so it kills whatever it finds. Anyone surviving that is nothing short of a super human.

Granted, they might be slightly angry at you after that but who cares? There won't be elections for them to vote you out...

Brainwormz doesn't even have to necessarily disrupt vaccines; that nutcase having the bully pulpit will be enough to royally fuck things up - lots of asshats will now think it not only is legit to go unvaxxed, but they'll feel ENTITLED to it and it will kill many people, including children.

Being ignorant of the whole process - does it require a super majority? Or is confirmation possible along party lines since republicans control the senate?

Well, Hegseth - who is only there because donvict saw him on the teevee and ~~was sexually attracted to him~~ thought he was "straight out of central casting" - only got the job by a 50/50 vote broken by "JD" "Vance".

So, yeah, donvict wins the office by 1.5% or whatever, the Senate can vote 50/50 and apparently that's how we do things - where someone who only barely has support to do something can run roughshod over every law and norm in this country...and we'll let Brainwormz kill millions by this logic.
