Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius just might be coming back with a new sequel movie according to an update behind the supposed writer behind the new project. Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius was a massive success for Nickelodeon Movies and Paramount Pictures when it had first released in theaters back in 2001. The feature film was such a hit that it later inspired a full CG animated TV series released shortly after, The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius, which ended up being one of the most successful Nicktoons in the network’s history. But it could all be coming back for more soon.

THINK! THINK! THINK!

Train wreck if true. No way they'd do it in the old CGI style.

that wasn't why it was good, it was good in spite of that

It was like Star Trek for kids

Scientific - but at the same time magic with awkward but relatable characters

Jimmy Neutron was this smart show where they made a movie to generate the better 3d models that they would then use to lower the costs of their TV show that would follow. Not a perfect guarantee but clever especially since they liked the pilot episode they had already penned.

It's like everyone forgot how to be clever and do these kinds of things.
So now we will get some bland completely different style animation whipped out of overworked contractors spread over the globe to the point it lacks any personal feel to just try to scrape money back from old IPs?

This is just so lame. And I loved this series.
