Well, let's toss a shoe at him and see if he at least put some points in Dexterity.
He invested all points into his luck stat and was born a millionaire. It's a very smart choice, as the millionaire has been the most broken class for the past few hundred years and the devs still refuse to balance it.
I bought my OWN equipment, my OWN food, entered the legion for THIRTY YEARS and had my wife die just a year before I was given land for my service... And I wasn't even given my own land!!!
