It’s alleged he is also responsible for graffiti plastered across the rail network as well as the “Cheese Stick” column on CityLink, the Nine building in Docklands, and concrete silos on Mercer Street in Geelong.

Sounds like he was doing everyone a favour.

Yeah a lot of people love pam the bird. I guess public enjoyment isn't the problem though, it's that graffiti artists claim public spaces. The city belongs to the council not the public 😡

It's outrageous vandalism first, until instances of it sell at auction like Banksy's work. after which the media dutifully reports it as 'prestigious', 'part of the city's heritage' and breathlessly awaits the next instalment.
