Which way to do L-sit? It depends if you do it on a floor or on parallel bars and from your hamstrings´ flexibility! And - !Engage your pelvic floor muscles!

Would you like to practice L-sit? And what about Lolasana (Tuck planche)?

yes, it helps with some strength poses and movements actually 😂 if you´d like - you can check these two my workouts for the hamstrings flexibility - https://makertube.net/w/7V7DPG5rxaH5c6HUfa8Xp5 and
https://makertube.net/w/gbjB6ezD1fn31sKTG2XttD 😃 as i use active way of stretching also - additionally it helps to develope hip flexors and quadriceps muscles which you need for L-sit 😃

I'll look into those.

The musculature is there (maybe overdeveloped), I just never paid good enough attention to flexibility earlier on.

I started to look into more mobility and flexibility exercises last year following a minor injury.
