Found my stitch markers and finished the hat! It fits so well, the yarn is so dang cheerful, it can be worn a variety of ways, and most importantly it doesn’t mess with hearing aids when I put it on (stockroom.wandering.shop)

@ChaosCoati I didn’t, actually, but when I was finished and sent a pic to a knitting friend she responded “The Musselburgh Hat!” and sure enough, my cast on and off are different but yeah, it’s the Musselburgh Hat!

@sit Yes, and it can be worn as a slouchy hat (below) or as a watch cap, and of course is fully reversible.
