I don't remember the name of this game, and my search engine results didn't return it. I wanted to see if it was complete so I could get it as a Christmas gift to myself. If I remember the name I'll put it here.

Never heard of this one.

“Tom & Jerry meets Rimworld in this complex city builder that's all about throwing off the yoke of feline tyranny.” is a rather interesting description.
