I have enabled the mod "Bring Back the Borders!", which is said to remove rounded corners and add borders in Win11, and added dwm.exe to the include list as directed:

However, I'm still seeing rounded corners:

What steps should I take to fix this?

did you reboot after doing that? I would imagine dwm.exe should be restarted after setting up any mods to it

eventually i got fed up and installed linux

that's a more future proof solution indeed. Though I'm still having problems with doing away with rounded corners on KDE Plasma

I have no preconceived notion of how GNOME should be, so that's helping.
