Are there any software/hardware hearing correction solutions for headphones without hearing aids? (self.headphones)

Using my hearing aid with headphones always sounds weird because of the mic placement. I'm looking for something like Samsung's "Adapt Sound" feature, but in form of a DAC or Windows Software, so I can game with corrected sound. Does anyone know if such a thing exists?
